These are usually lifts that 95% of the men in the gym do NOT want to do.
They will include:
* All presses - Military, bench, and dumbbell presses
* Dips - Most guys will not go near this station.
* Pull Ups - Practice until you get good at these. Lat pulldowns do not help near as much.
* Deadlift - The bully on the block. Drives up testosterone!
* Squat - Brother of the deadlift. Forces you to sweat, breath hard, and get red in the face, It also torches up testosterone.
Kettlebell Swings - Use good technique. A great full-body workout.
* Burpees - Okay, we know this is not a weight training exercise, but if you do a couple of sets of 20, in under 1 minute, you will blow torch fat off your body.
* Burpees and Kettlebell swings are great finishers.

Adding a few sprints, of 8-20 seconds, a couple of times per week to your workouts will help you get ripped even quicker.
Sprints work just like Squats, deadlifts, and presses...they demand so much from your system, that it has to produce more testosterone and more growth hormone to adjust.
Think about it, who looks the most muscular at the Olympic Games...the guys running the 5,000 meters/10,000 meters, marathon...or the sprinters, hurdlers, and decathletes?
Sprints blowtorch fat from your frame. Add that to a Ketogenic diet, and purposeful weight training, and you've got a recipe for getting ripped fairly quickly.
Forget about they myth that getting up before dawn and putting in 6-8 miles will burn fat most efficiently.
Forget about the myth that running will take away all of your muscular gains in the gym.
